This site is operated by Ubinox Ventures, Bangalore, India. By browsing it, submitting a form, or applying for a role, you accept these terms. If you don't, stop using the site.

If you engage us for work, the signed statement of work and master services agreement govern that relationship. These terms cover the site only, and they do not create a client relationship.

Read it, share it, quote it with attribution, and apply for a job through it. That's the intended use and none of it needs our permission.

• Personal and business reading — view and print pages for your own evaluation or internal circulation.
• Citation — quote short extracts from our writing with a visible credit and a link back to the source page.
• Enquiries — contact us about work, partnerships, press or recruitment.

The list below is not exhaustive, but it covers what we actually see.

• Scrape or mirror — systematic harvesting, automated crawling beyond robots.txt, or republishing the site in whole or substantial part.
• Train on it — using our writing, case studies or imagery as machine-learning training data without written permission.
• Misrepresent — implying a partnership, endorsement or client relationship that does not exist.
• Interfere — probing, load-testing, or attempting to bypass any security control on this site or our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer — decompiling or extracting source from prototypes and demos hosted here.

Everything on this site — copy, layout, code, illustrations, the Ubinox name and mark — belongs to Ubinox Ventures or to the client who commissioned it, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Client work shown in our case studies is published with permission. Their marks belong to them. Nothing here transfers a licence to you beyond the reading and citation rights described above.

When you send an enquiry, a brief, a portfolio or an idea, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a limited licence to read it, circulate it internally, and respond to it.

Please don't send confidential material before an NDA is in place — we cannot treat unsolicited submissions as confidential, and we may already be working on something similar. Unsolicited ideas create no obligation and no entitlement to compensation.

We aim to keep the site up and current, but we make no uptime promise for a marketing site. We may change, move or retire pages, prototypes and demos at any time without notice. Prototypes published here are illustrative — they are not products, and they carry no support commitment.

Outbound links, embedded media and hosted prototypes may take you to services we don't control. We include them because they're useful, not as an endorsement, and their own terms and privacy notices apply once you're there.

The site and everything on it is provided "as is". Our writing describes how we think and what we've built; it isn't legal, financial, security or engineering advice for your situation, and you should not act on it without your own assessment. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ubinox Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We update these terms as the site changes; the version stamp at the top tells you which edition you're reading, and continued use after an update means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
